Early May Bank Holiday (BH) Opening

General Practice has been told that we are to remain open on the early May BH (Friday 8th May 2020) in support of the Coronavirus crisis.

Regardless of the directive, we agree that this is a good idea to ensure our colleagues in Hospitals, 111 and the community are not put under even more pressure.

We will still not be seeing patients with coronavirus symptoms, that advice remains the same (link)

Please continue to contact us if you need medical assistance on Friday 8th May 2020 (through askmyGP if you have Internet access).  Please note, we are still CLOSED Saturday and Sunday.

On this BH, Dispensary will only be available for issuing acute medication and handing out medication ready for collection.  Due to no available wholesaler deliveries , they will not be able to dispense new requests.

Any requests that are submitted after 4pm on Thursday (7 May 2020), will not be available for collection until the following Thursday (14 May 2020).
