Welcome to Billinghay Medical Practice

Welcome to Billinghay Medical Practice where we hope you will find enhanced convenience added to first class healthcare.

Situated in the village of Billinghay in Lincolnshire, we have a practice population of approximately 4800 patients and are always happy to register new patients.

We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patient’s needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery times to letting us know what you think of us using the ‘friends & family test‘.

AskMyGP (Link)

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, from Tuesday 24th March, the Practice will use the AskMyGP system to allow patients to message the Doctor’s surgery  directly. Rather than having to wait for an appointment this system means that your message should be dealt with that day (if you message on weekdays until 4pm).  This service is available for all Doctor and Nurse Practitioner appointments. If you need to see a Practice Nurse or Health Care Assistant e.g. for a long-term condition review, injection, blood test or a smear test please telephone the surgery.

Our new service, AskMyGP, now means that you can request help from the practice when, where and how it suits you. Enjoy feeling more in control as you ask for help securely from your smartphone, tablet or computer. Bookmark the link in your browser so you don’t forget. If you don’t have internet access you can contact the practice by telephone and your request will be sent to the clinician who will contact you that day where you will manage by telephone or invited in that day to see the clinician.

What is AskMyGP?

It’s our online service where you can seek help from a clinician. The information you give us means the clinicians are better informed and can help you with your problem quicker.

  • You can message us at any time during the week.
  • There’s no need to book ahead.
  • You can look forward to prompt response in working hours.
  • You can let us know and when it’s best to get back to you.

Please follow this link to access the system: access AskMyGP

Access

Billinghay Medical practice has easy access for any disabled person. We have electric doors so there is easy entry into the front of the building and if you need to collect your prescription. However, if you require assistance, please ask any of the staff.
