Practice Manager

The Practice Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the Practice. They work closely with the GP Partners and the Finance Manager. The are also responsible for ensuring the Practice meets the NHS contract requirements while ensuring we provide good patient care.

Mrs Vicky Howseman (f)
Operations Manager

The Practice Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the Practice. They are the point of contact for any patient complaints or compliments. They work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the Practice is running efficiently, supporting colleagues and patients.

Mr Stuart Crossland (m)
Finance Manager

The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the finances of the Practice. They are responsible for the banking, reconciliation, paying of invoices, paying of staff salaried as well as supporting the Practice Manager to budget for the future.
