Health and Care Services in Lincolnshire are Changing

We have got a visit booked to your parish council to discuss our 5 year plan, in the meantime, we would like to invite Parish Councillors, parishioners and local residents to join our discussions as we transform and improve to meet the needs for now and for future generations.

We would like to hear about what is important to you as we develop our plans for our health services for Lincolnshire, including our hospitals.

You can speak to senior health and care leaders in person at any of the nine events we are holding across the Lincolnshire, as well as complete our survey.
