SystmOnline vs askmyGP

Did You Know?!

We are signed up for online ordering of repeat prescriptions through SystmOnline.  This facility is available to ALL patients and all you need is an internet connection and smartphone, tablet or Computer.

Using this service you are able to put repeat prescription requests through online.  These requests come straight through to the Dispensary which helps us to streamline our workflow (meaning that things run smoother and mush faster!).

All you need to do to get set up for online ordering is contact Reception.  They will provide you with a logon and password.

Please be aware that this is a separate service to AskMyGP and shouldn’t be used to send queries to the Doctors.

AskMyGP in turn should not be used for requesting medication, as this is a service aimed at helping to connect our Doctors to patients who either can’t get to the surgery or don’t need to be seen face-to-face for the appointment.

Please be aware that ordering medication through AskMyGP or over the phone is never any quicker than ordering online, and often will delay things.
