Dispensary Changes in Response to Coronavirus Outbreak
Please accept our apologies that we have not publicised this information online until now, we are having to adapt very quickly to changes and extra demand.
With immediate effect, patients will NO LONGER be allowing patients into the Dispensary to collect medication, please come to the window to collect. We have created a make-shift queuing system to help maintain Social Distancing (2m). As the weather can change, please bring suitable clothing including umbrellas if raining.
We are also NO LONGER accepting paper copies of prescriptions. This is to reduce contact to a minimum. To request your medication, please either go online and order (speak to reception if you do not have an account), or phone the Dispensary on 01526 869806. We will not be able to answer the phone, so please leave a CLEAR message with your NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, CONTACT MUMBER and request. We will get your medication to you as soon as we can but are unlikely to meet the 72 turn–around at the moment.
Please be patient with our staff, they are working very quickly to process orders which are at unprecedented levels during this NATIONAL CRISIS.
