2024 GP Survey Results

The results from the 2024 GP survey have been published.

Every year the NHS conducts a national GP survey which is sent out to a random selection of patient, for us this year it was sent out to 262 patients with 108 being completed.

Firstly, we would like to say thank you to the patient who did take the time to complete the survey, your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Overall, we are pleased with our results, nearly all of them are above the national and local results as well.

The results we are really proud of are;

Overall, 89% described their overall experience of our Practice as good.

97% said they find our reception team helpful.

100% said they knew what the next steps were within two days of contacting the Practice.

98% said they have confidence and trust in our healthcare professionals.

We are very proud of these results as we hope it shows the hard work and dedication our team provide everyday.

We are always looking at ways to improve so we will use these results to look forward.
